HOW ARE THE LEADS DELIVERED?
  Leads are delivered via our traditional formats in excel or via the online lead management tool we provide our customers.

HOW DO YOU GET STARTED?
  At Lead Simplicity you can signup online or give us a call and we would be happy to discuss your particular needs one-on-one and how we can best be of service to help grow your company. We’ll schedule a time to discuss your campaign and the strategy that we will utilize. Then, we hit the ground running on your behalf.

Finally, we send you a copy of our agreement – this outlines the terms of your order, the criteria you would like to target as well as an indication of the cost for the program.
   
HOW DO WE PAY FOR LEADS?
  Our activation and delivery of services requires a lead account to be maintained with a cash balance. This service fee can be paid multiple ways, either check, check-by-fax, bank deposit or wire transfer.
   
HOW MUCH WILL EACH LEAD COST?
  All campaigns are custom designed (i.e. your industry: mortgage, debt, insurance; as well as lead type: live-transfer, verified hybrid leads, etc.) so that is difficult to generalize.

However, the important factors in setting the price will include media costs, the degree of lead qualification performed, and the level of filters applied. Bear in mind that these referrals are hot and highly motivated inquiries - the chance of conversion is very high.

You should look at our lead prices in the context of two things:
1) The "lifetime value of a client",
2) "the cost per client acquisition" from your other sources of inquiries.
   
WHAT ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE LEADS?
  All leads will be pre-qualified through the use of a detailed registration form, utilizing mandatory fields, designed in conjunction with your information needs.

Typically we find that when consumers are keen to obtain further/product service information they are very happy to answer detailed questions. To ensure that leads are high quality, not only will they be pre-qualified as described, but also we will endeavor to remove all duplicates and clear out false leads on a daily basis before they are sent to you.
   
HOW ABOUT THE VOLUME OF LEADS?
  The power of utilizing response based marketing channels means that consumers can respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Typically, we will therefore send you as many qualified leads as are generated by the campaigns. We are happy to discuss the delivery of a fixed number of leads (subject to a minimum contract value), but it is not possible to regulate the rate at which leads are generated. The model works best for businesses that do not have a significant limit to the volume of sales leads they can process.
   
HOW DO I KNOW I WILL OBTAIN VALUE FOR MY MONEY FROM THESE LEADS?
  The best way for both parties to answer this question is to enter into an initial contract for a fixed number of leads at a fixed price that would run for a certain duration of time, for instance 1 month or so. This allows both parties to analyze critical variables such as lead-to-app rates, advertising conversion rates, inquiry conversion rates, etc. to determine the mutual profitability of the relationship. After the initial contract, the terms can be discussed to ensure that a viable long term relationship is formed.
   
WHAT ABOUT THE GEOGRAPHIC SPREAD OF LEADS?
  Our telemarketing and response based efforts tend to be state specific and as such, leads are generated throughout the entire United States. You need to be comfortable that your business can service leads for the whole or a large sub-region of the U.S.

Due to the limitations of data for certain "niche" geographical areas, anything less than this cannot be managed economically, without incurring additional fees for us to aggregate special targeted data. Thus, it can be possible to focus a campaign on a regional or area-code basis.
